*** If you rent a car, we recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles. Parking is restricted to one vehicle per property.

**** Please do your grocery shopping prior to arriving at Alta Ski Area if you are not using our grocery service.

2011/2012 Season

A surcharge may be imposed on stays of fewer than 7 nights.

(Note:  Children 5 and under are free)

• Half of the full payment is due within 7 days of making a reservation.
• Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, except for Dec. 17-Jan. 2 when full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• A $125.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations.
• During the peak season of December 17-April 9, there are no refunds unless the house is rebooked for your dates.

Refunds will not be made for early check-out or late check-in.
